About Me

I’m Sasha and I’m currently 19 years old. I originally come from Russia, I moved to Canada when I was around 2 years old, and spent most of my life in Canada since then. In 2016, my parents took me and my brothers on a roadtrip through Europe, and that’s when I realized that there’s a whole world out there that I’ve never seen. I visited 9 countries in that 18 day roadtrip: Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Italy, France and Monaco. This trip was a real game changer for me, because I discovered a new passion: traveling.

I moved to Düsseldorf, Germany in September 2020 and will be moving to Flensburg, in the North of Germany, in June 2021, for my studies at the Europa-Universität Flensburg. I will be studying European Cultures and Society. On the side, my hobbies are, traveling (obviously), learning languages, learning about different fashion trends, working out or taking dancing classes, spending time with my friends and family and also watching different movies and series in various languages.

I love to discover new things and to be an inspiration to other people out there who would love to follow a similar path to mine, whether it’s traveling for fun, for studying, for work or even for moving abroad. That’s why I started this blog!
